Typically, classes meet Monday- Friday either half days or full days. 

At Prodigy, the goal is to have each scholar to complete their assignments at school. Every Monday, scholars are sent home with an assignment sheet that outlines their goal for the week. In the event the child does not complete their daily assignment, it will be sent home for homework. We strongly encourage all parents to review with their scholar daily. 

Yes. Scholars are required to wear navy blue or white polo shirts, and modest khaki pants, shorts, or skirts. Polos/T-shirts with the Prodigy Academy logo are also available for purchase.

No. All books and materials will be purchased for you and will be covered by your registration fee at the beginning of the year.

No, we follow a schedule that meets our scholars needs. 

Prodigy offers to individual programs, Math FUNdamental and Reading Fundamental. Please see support program, under the programs tab, for information regarding these programs. 

In addition to individualized curriculum, all ages of scholars work together in groups. We believe children learn best working with children younger and older than themselves, rather than split up into groups based solely on age. 

An Independent Learner is someone who can research questions, follow instructions, solve problems—admit that they don’t know something and figure out a solution when they hit a roadblock without asking an adult for help — participate in discussions, and strive for mastery.
